Wags & Whiskers Fundraising Gala

The Cochrane & Area Humane Society’s annual gala, presented by Global Pet Foods Cochrane and brought to you in part by our Purrfect Partner sponsor Royal Canin, is our most fun and most important fundraiser of the year.
And now that we are able to enjoy each others company socially, we are so very excited to host our annual Wags & Whiskers fundraising event in person once again. Our gala is a special event celebrating our successes, highlighting how you, our supporters, have helped saved lives and what the future may hold.
The event will once again be held in the beautiful Cochrane RancheHouse and will feature great food, an exciting silent and live auction, raffle draws and entertaining surprises throughout the evening.
Each year the Cochrane & Area Humane Society cares for close to 2000 homeless pets and this did not change during the pandemic. As an essential services provider, our doors always remained open to animals in need – to pets requiring medical or behavioural rehabilitation, socialization after abuse and neglect, or surgery and treatments for injuries and trauma.
We ensured that we were available to our community, to our people and their pets and to the ones lost or without homes. We stay committed to our community, to strive to continue making a difference, and rise to meet every challenge.

Please note: As part of the Restrictions Exemption Program, all guests attending this in-person event will be required to provide government-issued proof of immunization or a negative privately paid COVID-19 test from within the previous 72 hours.
