The Western Canadian Pony Classic runs August 1st-4th at the Cochrane Ag Grounds and is a welcoming, pony-focused show designed to celebrate riders of all levels and the incredible ponies they bring with them. Whether you’ve got a seasoned show pony, a green prospect, or a trusty all-rounder — there’s a place for you here. Registered and grade ponies alike are welcome.
With breed-specific classes, Royal Winter Fair qualifiers, NDPC divisions, Welsh futurity classes, and over $2,000 in prize money, the WCPC offers something for everyone. We're also proud to offer both breed-specific and overall High Point Awards, including a $250 top prize open to all ponies.
