The Study Movement and Wellness

Step into a deeply transformative experience designed to support emotional release, inner clarity, and spiritual connection. This unique spiritual class blends holotropic-style breathwork—a powerful breathing technique that expands states of awareness—with an immersive sound healing journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums, tuning forks, and other sacred instruments.

Breathwork serves as a potent tool for healing and transformation, guiding you beyond the confines of the thinking mind into profound states of awareness. Through conscious, connected breathing, you can access non-ordinary states of consciousness, often leading to deep insights, emotional breakthroughs, and lasting inner healing. This practice helps release stored emotions and trauma, calms the nervous system, and enhances mental clarity. By clearing energetic blockages, revitalizing your life force, and supporting physical detoxification, breathwork fosters a renewed sense of vitality. Many participants also experience profound spiritual connection and expanded consciousness, opening their hearts and minds to healing and insight.

Paired with this is the powerful practice of Sound Healing—a therapeutic art that uses the vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and drums to gently restore balance to body, mind, and spirit. These resonant sounds penetrate deeply, releasing tension, reducing stress, and promoting deep relaxation. Emerging research even suggests sound healing may aid in physical healing processes, such as shrinking tumors, making it a promising pathway for the future of wellness. By aligning your energy centers and soothing the nervous system, sound healing supports emotional clarity, mental focus, and overall wellbeing. Immersed in these healing frequencies, you may experience profound peace, rejuvenation, and inner harmony.

This class offers a safe, supportive space for exploration, integration, and renewal. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to journey inward.

What to bring: Eye mask if they'd like (I'll have disposable ones as well), water, anything they need to be comfy with the soundbath, and journal if they'd like. Important to note: not to come on a full stomach. Eat a light snack before but nothing heavy.

If anyone has a heart condition, epilepsy, is pregnant, or has any other medical/health history we need to know, please reach out to discuss beforehand
