Every Tuesday morning Cochrane and Area Hospice Society (CHS) sponsors a Grief Walk. The walkers meet at 10am and walk for 45 minutes. We like to have a representative from Cochrane and Area Hospice there to lead walk. The walkers walk along the pathways by Spray Lakes Sawmills Family Sports Center. If the weather does not cooperate they walk inside on the Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Center track. CHS has secured a $2.00/fee per walker with a punch pass. CHS covers this cost. The volunteer would access the pass at the front desk and get the walkers into the track.
