Location: Seniors on the Bow ( 2nd Floor, Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre)
Number of participants limited to ensure social distancing. If COVID regulations restrict in-person meetings on these dates, this course will pivot to online format via Zoom on the same schedule.
